In 2007 Nick Murdoch established Murdoch Projects. The company was originally called Ecoblue Developments and was rebranded in 2016 to reflect an increased desire to put our name behind the projects that we deliver.

Our signature is our personal service. We only take on as many projects as we can handle with high levels of personal service and attention to detail. We are hands on and totally involved in all aspects of our business from masterplanning sites to rectifying the smallest of defects for our clients.

OUR TEAM INCLUDES
Nick Murdoch
Nick originally had a career in property finance and property law. He left this successful career in 2002 to be the general manager of a private property development company where he managed the development of approximately 1,000 apartments in inner city Sydney.
Having run this type of larger business, Nick started his own company in 2007 to focus on more bespoke projects with greater focus on design and personal service for his clients. This focus still forms the foundations of our operations today.
As a small business Nick is integrally involved in most matters of the company with his team. He is at his best when working closely with his designers and being on site working with our tradespersons ensuring the quality delivery of our projects.
Tasma Murdoch
Tasma has been around property projects and construction her entire life. The daughter of a successful master builder, Tasma had a long career as a conveyancing paralegal acting for developers delivering large scale projects.
Tasma has assisted Nick with the establishment of Murdoch Projects since 2007 and has managed the sales and marketing requirements of its projects.
In 2016 Tasma became a licensed realtor and established her own business, Murdoch Realty, to exclusively handle the sale of all Murdoch Projects properties.
Tasma’s establishment of Murdoch Realty enables total integration of the sales and delivery functions and results in a seamless experience for our purchasers and clients.
Wayne Clarges
Wayne heads the detailed planning and construction delivery at Murdoch Projects. Wayne has worked in construction for almost 30 years and is a fully qualified and experienced builder. He has also taught building and construction courses for registered training organisations.
Throughout his career Wayne has delivered large and complex projects including retirement villages, aged care facilities, affordable housing complexes and luxury apartment buildings.
At Murdoch Projects Wayne’s focus is on the detailed design of our projects to improve and refine the design of our construction detailing and building services.
Wayne is primarily responsible for the quality of our construction delivery and the implementation of our quality management processes across our project sites.
