Park Lane
We have partnered with The Housing Trust and Andrew Manson, the founder of Barrington Homes, to deliver this urban renewal project on a two-hectare site in the heart of Dapto town centre. West Dapto is the focus of the urban expansion where 17,000 new homes with a resident population of 50,000 is planned.
The Dapto town centre is planned as the major town centre for this area. It is strategically positioned at the back of the Illawarra with easy access to Wollongong, Shellharbour and beyond to Sydney. The site for Park Lane is directly across the road from the Dapto Mall and within walking distance to the Dapto train station.
We have engaged award-winning architects and landscape architects and have designed a masterplanned estate with a mixture of contemporary housing options in a mixed tenure community. We will provide quality well-designed housing and much needed housing diversity to this area.
North
We are delivering this project for our client Sydney Realty Group. This urban boutique inner city renewal project will comprise of 35 stunning apartments – a select few of which will have the added luxury of a private north-facing rooftop terrace.
Its striking facade blends contemporary aesthetics with historical architecture, and its interior design focusses on clever layouts. Crafted with an owner-occupier in mind, this building will be a stand-out residential residence in one of Sydney’s major urban renewal precincts.
